Refund policy

At Velourè skin, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our handcrafted body butter products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons.

Unopened Items If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and in its original condition. Please contact us at diamondjackson0219@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Sale Items All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
